Each order ships automatically with insurance. Claims need to be made
through the United States Postal Service in the event item is damaged. Please visit www.USPS.com, insurance claims/domestic for information filing a claim. Also, please notify us by e-mail.

Return Policy:

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if by any chance you want to return an item please e-mail us for instructions. All returns must be approved within 7 business days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 7 business days. All return postage and insurance are responsibility of customer.
